慢性脑供血不足头晕患者的护理干预效果观察

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Patients with Chronic Cerebral Circulation Insufficiency and Dizziness

目的:观察慢性脑供血不足头晕患者的护理干预效果。方法:选取福建省泉州市安溪县医院2017年1月至2018年1月接受的164名脑供血不足患者,平均分为对照组与观察组,分别采用常规护理和护理干预,观察2组依从性、疗效和满意度。结果:观察组依从性、疗效、满意度指数均优于对照组,(P<0.05);观察组患者PSQI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性脑供血不足患者手术护理干预具有良好的依从性、疗效和满意度。

Objective： To observe the effect of nursing intervention on patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency and dizziness. Methods： 164 patients with cerebral blood supply deficiency in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group. The routine nursing and nursing intervention were used to observe the compliance,curative effect and satisfaction of the two groups. Results： the compliance,efficacy and satisfaction index of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P〈0. 05）; The PSQI score in observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： surgical nursing intervention has good compliance,efficacy and satisfaction for patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency.
