米氮平与米安色林治疗老年抑郁症和失眠症状的影响

Effect of Miazepine and Mianserin in the Treatment of Senile Depression and Influence on Insomnia of Patients

目的:米氮平与米安色林治疗老年抑郁症效果及对患者失眠的影响。方法:选取2015年2月到2018年2月丰县同仁专科收治的老年抑郁症患者总计120例,抽取其中60例使用米氮平治疗,将其划分为观察组,剩余的60例患者使用米安色林治疗,将其划分为对照组。结果:1)1个月治疗结束后2组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2)观察组中患者的治疗效果与对照组进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3)观察组整个治疗过程中出现不良反应的患者数量与对照组进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);4)2组患者患者失眠症状消退所需时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论;米氮平以及米安色林应用到老年抑郁症的治疗中均能有效改善患者的抑郁情况,且不会引发严重的不良反应,应用价值显著,应当得到广泛使用。

Objective： To explore the effect of miazepine and mianserin in the treatment of senile depression and influence on insomnia of patients. Methods： From February 2015 to 2018 in February from this time on and conducted the research,selected a total of 120 patients with senile depression,extraction of 60 cases treated with mirtazapine,can be divided into observation group and the rest of the 60 patients with m Ann Lin treatment of color,can be divided into the control group. Results： 1） a month for the two groups after treatment in patients with Hamilton depression （HAMD） score was no significant difference;2） the curative effect of patients in observation group no significant difference compared with control group;3） in the observation group and the treatment process number of adverse reactions of patients no significant difference compared with control group;4） the time needed for patients with two groups of patients with insomnia symptoms subside is also no significant difference（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： Mirtazapine and m Ann Lin of color is applied to the treatment of senile depression can effectively improve the patient′s depression,and will not cause serious adverse reactions,application value,should be widely used.
