小儿癫痫发作与睡眠和饮食的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察小儿癫痫发作与睡眠、饮食相关性,为治疗癫痫发作提供科学依据。方法:选取2016年12月至2017年12月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治的小儿癫痫患者50例作为观察组,选取同期健康体检的小儿50例作为对照组。采用问卷调查的方法了解2组儿童睡眠和饮食情况,分析睡眠和饮食对癫痫发作的影响。结果:观察组患儿的睡眠质量(梦游,说梦话,磨牙,睡眠中断等)比对照组差,2组比较,差异有统计学意义P<0.05)。观察组患儿的睡眠时间小于8 h比率多于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的患者在睡前饱食发生率高于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的正常饮食比率高于观察组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿癫痫发作与患者的睡眠时间少,睡前饱食具有重要的关联。 Objective: To observe the correlation between epilepsy and sleep and diet in children,so as to provide scientific basis for the treatment of epileptic seizures. Methods: 50 children with epilepsy in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the experimental group,and 50 children in the same period were selected as the control group.The sleep and diet of 2 groups of children were investigated by questionnaires,and the effects of sleep and diet on epileptic seizures were analyzed. Results: the sleep quality of the children in the experimental group(sleepwalking,dream,molar,sleep interruption,etc.)was worse than that of the control group.The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant P 〈0.05).The sleep time of the experimental group was less than 8 hours,which was more than that of the control group.The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant( P 〈0.05).The incidence of satiety before sleep in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant( P 〈0.05).The normal diet rate of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: epileptic seizures in children are associated with less sleep and bedtime satiety.
