楔块磨损对相控阵超声检测结果的影响

摘要 本文收集了若干不同磨损程度的楔块,通过理论计算和试验的方法,探究楔块磨损对相控阵超声检测缺陷定位和定量影响,并给出楔块磨损的有效范围和楔块磨损的测定方法,为提高相控阵超声检测缺陷定位和定量精度提供参考。 In this paper a number of wedges with different degrees of wear are collected. Through theoretical calculation and experimental methods, wedge wear is applied to phased array ultrasound. The defect location and quantitative influence are detected, and the effective range of wedge wear and the measurement method of wedge wear are given, which provides a reference for improving the defect location and quantitative accuracy of phased array ultrasonic testing.
