摘要 单点悬挂式烟囱钢内筒液压顶升法施工属于超高空作业,施工难度和安全风险较大,为了解决这些难题,提供安全的作业条件,在烟囱零米制作顶升钢架,在顶升钢构上设置液压千斤顶,顶升过程中在烟囱数层钢平台设置导向轮,采用倒装法完成烟囱钢内筒的安装。 The hydraulic jacking method of single-point suspended chimney steel inner cylinder belongs to super high-altitude operation, which has great construction diffculty and safety risk. In order to solve these problems and provide safe working conditions, a lifting steel frame is made in the zero meter of chimney, a hydraulic jack is arranged on the steel structure, and a guide wheel is arranged on the steel platform of the chimney during the jacking process. The installation of the chimney steel inner cylinder is completed by the upside down method.
