不确定因素理论在阿克苏电网规划中的应用

摘要 目前电网中"源-网-荷"等不确定性因素越来越突出,这些不确定因素使得目前的电网规划变得更加复杂,电网规划目标也更加难以确定,传统的规划方法难以适应新形势下的输电网规划。该文提出一种考虑不确定因素的输电网规划方法,综合考虑电力系统中"源-网-荷"等不确定因素,运用不确定因素理论进行算法处理,并将其应用于阿克苏地区电网规划,通过技术校核评估,验证了规划方案的科学合理性。 Uncertain factors such as “source-grid-load” is becoming increasingly prominent in the power grid nowadays, these uncertain factors make power grid planning becoming more complex and it is diffcult to determine the power grid planning target, Besides, the traditional power grid planning methods are becoming diffcult to adapt to transmission system planning in the new situation. Therefore, this paper proposes a kind of transmission network planning method considering uncertain factors and applies it to Aksu power grid planning, then verifes the scientifc and rationality of planning method by making a reliability assessment.
