摘要 以小断面隧道快速出渣为研究目的,结合肯尼亚供水隧道一期工程实例,采用有轨与无轨联合出渣,即在坡度缓的主隧道采用有轨出渣,在坡度陡的斜井支洞采用无轨出渣,斜井支洞和主隧道交汇处设置临时堆料区,斜井洞口设置无极绳绞车牵引有轨设备进出隧道,有效提高了主隧道出渣作业效率,缩短了洞挖循环作业时间,同时,也改善了洞内作业环境,减少了在洞内布置充电房检修车间等增加的额外工程量。 This paper aims at studying rapid mucking out in small cross-section tunnel in the project of bulk water supply for Nairobi in Kenya, in which rail bound and non-rail bound mucking out system are used together. The rail bound mucking out system is used in the main tunnel where the slope is smooth and the non-rail bound mucking out system is used in the adit or shaft where the slope is steep. Temporary stockpiling area is set at the intersection of the adit/ shaft and the main tunnel. Endless rope winch system is installed at the portal of the adit/ shaft which effectively improves the effciency of the main tunnel mucking out work, shortens the excavation cycle pending time, improves the tunnel working environment, and reduces quantities increased by setting up workshop in the tunnel.
