摘要 采用以乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)为相容剂、乙撑双硬脂酰胺(EBS)为分散剂熔融共混法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/木粉(WP) 3D打印材料,通过红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)和力学性能测试对材料的结构、热性能和力学性能进行了研究,结果表明,WP改性后的PLA耐热性和断裂强度明显提高。 Polylactic acid /wood powder 3D wood plastic printing material was prepared by using melting blending process with EVA as a compatilizer and EBS as a dispersant. The structure and properties of the printing material were studied with FTIR, TGA, DSC and mechanical property tester. The results showed that the thermal properties and break strength of the PLA 3D printing material had been obviously increased here.
