摘要
本文通过混合注塑制备了不同含量PA102的PA6/PA102共混物,并对共混物的性能进行了研究。结果表明共混物两相呈相分离,熔融与结晶温度有所偏移,热分解性能与纯PA相当,热变形温度随PA102含量增加而增加。共混物干态下均呈脆性断裂,拉伸、冲击强度在两相比例接近时最低。平衡吸水后,共混物韧性增加;拉伸和弯曲强度降低,降低程度随着PA102添加量的增加而变小。因此PA102加入改善了PA6的吸水性和吸水后的稳定性。
In this paper, PA6/PA102 blends with different PA102 content were prepared by mixed injection molding. According to the results, phase separation occured between the two components of the mixture. The melting temperature and crystallization temperature of the mixture deviated from those of pure PA. The thermal decomposition performance of the mixture was similar to that of pure PA, and the thermal deformation temperature increased with the increase of PA102 content. The fracture was brittle at dry state, and the tensile and impact strength reach the bottom when the proportions of the two phases were close to each other. After balanced water absorption, the toughness of the blends increased while tensile strength and flexural strength decreased at the same time. The degree of decrease was positively related to PA102 content. Therefore, the addition of PA102 improved the water absorption and stability after water absorption.
