摘要
在PTA生产中,脱水塔是用来分离醋酸溶液中水分的设备,由于高温醋酸及溴离子的作用会导致脱水塔及管道发生腐蚀。本文从设备发生腐蚀的原因机理方面进行剖析,提出了相应的修复方案,并对修复措施中的注意事项作了较详细的说明。
In PTA production, the dehydrating tower is used to separate acetic acid solution. the dehydrating tower and pipeline would be corroded because of the high temperature of acetic acid and bromine ion. The reason of corrosion and corrosion mechanism was dissected, and we put forward the fixes.
