果园有机肥开沟施肥覆土机的设计与试验 被引量:8

摘要 针对新疆果园种植的模式,本文设计了一种果园有机肥开沟施肥覆土机,一次作业可同时完成开沟、施肥和覆土,且对于不同施肥深度要求,开沟器的开沟深度可在20~40 cm范围内自由调整,进而达到较为理想的施肥深度。通过田间试验证明,该机具在配套拖拉机的牵引下,以1~2 km/h的速度行进时,开沟器的开沟深度和施肥深度、覆土质量均达到了技术要求,试验过程中,机具未发生施肥堵塞现象,作业性能稳定,满足了果园生产需要。 Aiming at the pattern of orchard planting in Xinjiang, this paper designed a kind of orchard organic fertilizer ditch-ing fertilizer cover machine, one operation can be completed at the same time ditch, fertilization and soil, and for different fer-tilization depth requirements, ditching the ditch depth can be 20~40cm within the scope of free adjustment, and thus achieveamore ideal fertilization depth. Through field experiment, it is proved that this machine is under the traction of supportingtractor, when marching at the speed of 1~2km/h, the ditching depth and fertilizing depth and the soil cover quality of theditching device reach the technical requirements, during the experiment, the machine does not happen the fertilizer pluggingphenomenon, the operation performance is stable, which met the requirements of orchard production.
