卡前列甲酯栓在防治剖宫产产后出血及术后恢复中的临床效果

Clinical effect of Carboprost Suppository in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage and postoperative recovery in cesarean section

目的探讨卡前列甲酯栓在预防和治疗剖宫产产后出血及术后恢复中的效果。方法选择2016年1月~2017年1月我院收治的180例剖宫产产妇,按照随机分组的方法分为对照组和实验组,每组各90例。对照组使用缩宫素进行治疗,实验组在使用缩宫素的基础上,联合卡前列甲酯栓进行治疗,比较两组的治疗效果和产妇的满意度。结果实验组24 h的失血量少于对照组,术后肛门排气时间短于对照组;实验组分娩3 d后子宫的恢复率为97.78%,显著高于对照组的80.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组产妇的满意率为98.89%,显著高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产产妇在使用缩宫素的基础上,联合卡前列甲酯栓进行治疗,可有效预防和治疗剖宫产产妇的产后出血,并且有利于术后恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Carboprost Methylester Suppository in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage and postoperative recovery of caesarean section. Methods A total of 180 cases of cesarean section mothers who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 90 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with oxytocin,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with oxytocin and combined with Cardoprostol Suppository. The effect of maternal satisfaction and maternal satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The 24-hour blood loss was lesser than that in the control group and postoperative anus exhaustion time was shorter in the experimental group than that in the control group. The recovery rate was 97.78% in the experimental group after 3 days,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（80.00%）. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the cesarean section in the experimental group was 98.89%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（86.67%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of oxytocin, cesarean section mothers combined with Carboprost Methylester Suppository treatment can effectively prevent and treat postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section mothers, and it is beneficial to postoperative recovery and worthy of clinical promotion.
