口腔正畸治疗成人牙周病的临床效果

The clinical effect of orthodontic treatment on adult periodontitis

目的探讨口腔正畸治疗成人牙周病的临床效果。方法选取2014年4月~2017年4月我院收治的50例牙周病患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各25例。对照组患者采取基础治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采取正畸治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及出血指数、牙周袋深度、前牙覆盖、治疗时间。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的出血指数、牙周袋深度、前牙覆盖指标均低于对照组,治疗时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于牙周病的患者,采取口腔正畸治疗,疗效显著,可控制牙周炎症,恢复牙合功能和美观度,改善患者的生活质量,值得在临床进一步探讨和推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment for adult periodontitis. Methods Altogether50 patients with periodontal disease admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to April 2017 were selected as objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the treatment plan, 25 cases in each group.The control group received basic treatment, while the observation group received orthodontic treatment on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, bleeding index, periodontal pocket depth, anterior teeth coverage and treatment time of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（72%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The bleeding index, periodontal pocket depth and anterior teeth coverage in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the treatment time was shorter than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with periodontitis, oral orthodontic treatment is effective, which can control periodontitis, restore the function of occlusion and the beauty, and improve the life quality of patients. It is worthy to be further discussed and popularized in the clinic.
