西吡氯铵含漱液在牙龈炎治疗中的效果

Effect of Cetylpyridnium Chloride Gargle in the treatment of gingivitis

目的探讨西吡氯铵含漱液在治疗牙龈炎中的效果。方法选取2017年3月~2018年4月我院收治的74例牙龈炎患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=37)。对照组患者采用复方氯已定含漱液进行治疗,观察组患者则采用西吡氯铵含漱液进行治疗。比较两组患者的牙菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)及治疗总有效率。结果两组患者治疗前的PLI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后第1、4、7天的PLI均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后第1、4、7天的PLI均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的GI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后第1、4、7天的GI均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后第1、4、7天的GI均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用西吡氯铵含漱液治疗牙龈炎,在有效抑制牙菌斑的形成、改善患者的牙龈炎病症方面,均可发挥重要的价值和作用,因此,具有很高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Cetylpyridnium Chloride Gargle in the treatment of gingivitis. Methods A total of 74 cases of patients with gingivitis treated in our hospital from March 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the subjects. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into the observation group（n=37） and the control group（n=37）. The control group was treated with the Compound Chlorhexidine Gargle, and the observation group was treated with the Cetyly ridniwm Chioride Gargle. The plaque index（PLI）, gingival index（GI）, and total effective rate of treatment were compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in PLI index before treatment between two groups（P〉0.05）. The PLI on the 1 st, 4 th, and 7 thdays after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The PLI of the observation group on the 1 st,4 thand 7 thdays after treatment were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in GI before treatment between two groups（P〈0.05）. The GI on the1 st, 4 th, and 7 thdays after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant（P〉0.05）. The GI of the observation group on the 1 st, 4 thand 7 thday after treatment were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of Cetylpyridnium Chloride Gargle in the treatment of gingivitis can play an important role in the inhibition of plaque formation and the improvement of gingivitis. Therefore, its clinical value is significant.
