Objective To compare the effect of Dezocine and Tramadol used in postoperative patient-controlled analgesia in department of orthopedics. Methods A total of 100 patients with lower extremity long bone fracture underwent general anesthesia in our hospital from January to May 2017 were selected, and they were divided into the group D(50 cases)and group Q(50 cases) according to the random number table method. Group D was treated with Dezocine plusing Sufentanil for analgesia, while the group Q was treated with Tramadol and Sufentanil after operation. Pain visual analogue scale(VAS), PCA compression times, PCA dosage of drugs at different time points, sedation score, incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in VAS score at different time points in the state of rest and movement after operation, PCA compression times and PCA dosage of drugs at different time points after operation, sedation score and satisfaction score between the two groups(P〉0.05). The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV) in the group D was lower than that in group Q, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Dezocine and Tramadol have similar PCA effect on after orthopaedic surgery, but the incidence of PONV is lower.
