摘要
目的分析小剂量不同浓度罗哌卡因在老年膝髋关节置换术中的应用效果。方法选取2013年10月~2016年10月我院收治的100例老年膝髋关节置换患者作为研究对象,根据电脑随机分组的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组使用0.50%罗哌卡因进行麻醉,观察组使用0.25%罗哌卡因进行麻醉。比较两组患者的不良反应发生率、总有效率以及平均血压和心率。结果观察组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的平均血压高于对照组,心率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年膝髋关节置换患者实施0.25%罗哌卡因麻醉后,取得显著的麻醉效果。
Objective To analyse the application effect of low dose Ropivacaine with different concentration in elderly patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with knee and hip arthroplasty treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2016 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and observation group according to computer random grouping method, and there were 50 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with 0.50% Ropivacaine while the observation group was anesthetized with 0.25% Ropivacaine. The incidence of adverse reactions, total effective rate, mean blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The mean blood pressure of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, heart rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion After 0.25% Ropivacaine anesthesia for elderly patients undergoing knee and hip replacement can achieve a significant anesthetic effect.
