中医护理干预在高龄股骨颈骨折人工股骨头置换术患者术后的应用效果

Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in patients with senile femoral neck fracture after artificial femoral head replacement

目的探讨中医护理干预在高龄股骨颈骨折人工股骨头置换术患者术后的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月~2018年1月我院收治的56例进行人工股骨头置换术的高龄患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各28例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上予以中医护理干预。比较两组Harris髋关节评分、术后并发症发生率以及患者满意度。结果观察组的Harris髋关节评分及护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨关节置换术的患者采取中医护理干预的效果显著,可降低术后感染的发生率,提高护理效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture after artificial femoral head replacement. Methods A total of 56 patients with artificial femoral head replacement in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and were rondomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 28 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing intervention, while the observation group was given the nursing intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Hip joint harris score, incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results Hip joint harris score and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing intervention during perioperative period for patients with bone arthroplasty is beneficial to reduce the incidence of postoperative infection and improve nursing effect, which is worthy of practice and promotion.
