摘要
健康中国建设以及中医药发展战略规划纲要等文件,从顶层设计对中医学人才培养提出了新要求。中医药院校要深化中医学人才培养改革,解决改革中存在的推进难、效果差的问题,需要加强中医教育的传承、创新、协同与融合,要按照"培养目标达成度""社会需求契合度""服务发展贡献度""对外教育开放度"4个维度,科学地把握中医人才教育的内涵,挖掘潜藏的优势,直面在实践中遭遇的难题,以期实现中医学人才培养改革的关键性突破。
The Healthy China construction and Outline of Strategic Plan for Development of TCM have created many new demands for training professional TCM personnel from the perspective of top-level design. In order to facilitate the reform of TCM personnel training, and overcome the problems of difficulties in progress and poor effects in the reform, it is argued that TCM colleges and universities should strengthen the inheritance, innovation, coordination and integration in TCM education. The scientific connotation of TCM personnel training should be grasped from 4 dimensions including accomplishment of training objectives, fulfillment of social needs, contribution to national development and openness to international education. The critical breakthrough in the reform of TCM personnel training will be realized through excavating latent advantages and resolving problems in practice.
