高校大学生营养相关知识—态度—行为现况研究——以吉林某高校为例 被引量:11

摘要 目的:了解大学生营养相关知识、态度和行为状况,为改善学生营养状况提供科学依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样对吉林某高校1 075名在读大学生进行网络问卷调查,了解大学生营养相关知识—态度—行为现况。结果:"轻体力活动青年男性每天需要的能量""高血压应该少吃盐"知晓率仅为25.4%、38.2%;有55.8%的学生认为"节食减肥会对健康产生危害",而"愿意说服自己吃对健康有益,但不喜欢吃的食物"的比例仅为33.8%;过去1w内,"每天吃早餐""每天喝牛奶或酸奶"的学生比例为39.3%、20.5%。结论:大学生的营养知识储备尚不完善,营养相关态度有待加强,膳食行为习惯有待改善。 [Objective] To investigate the college students' nutrition knowledge, attitude and practice, and provide scientific basis for im- prove the nutritive condition of students. [Method] The method of stratified random sampling was used to select the subjects from a college in Jilin province.They were surveyed about the nutrition knowledge,attitudes and practice with the online questionnaire.[Result] Only 25. 4% and 38. 2% of the subjects had the right answers for "the recommended daily energy intake for light physical activity individual" and "the patients with high blood pressure should eat less salt" . Although 55. 8% of the students thought that eating less maybe harmful for one's health, 33. 8% of the students would like to eat the healthy food that they dislike. During the past week, the proportion for eating breakfast and consuming milk and its products were 39. 3% and 20. 5%. [Conclusion] It is suggested that nutrition education should be implemented to improve the college students nutritional knowledge, attitudes and practice.
