摘要
利用失重法和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了纯铜在模拟加速环境下的腐蚀行为,并结合灰度关联分析方法探讨了与广州市暴晒试验的相关性。结果表明,在模拟加速环境下纯铜表面形成了双层腐蚀产物膜;在室内和户外两种环境下,纯铜的腐蚀动力学均遵循幂函数定律,模拟加速环境下纯铜的动力学规律与广州市的暴晒结果具有较好的相关性。最后,利用灰度分析方法建立了纯铜在广州市大气环境下的寿命预测模型。
The corrosion behavior of pure copper in simulated accelerated environment was studied by weight loss method and SEM, as well as the correlation of indoor acceleration and outdoor exposure was discussed with Grey correlation method. The results show that the double corrosion films presented in surface of pure copper and the corrosion kinetics of pure copper in both two environments follows the exponential function. It presents better relativity in contrast to simulated accelerated environment and Guangzhou atmosphere. Then Corrosion prediction model of pure copper in Guangzhou environment was established combined with Grey correlation method.
