摘要
以查明中缅管道(缅甸段)阴极保护系统受到直流干扰的原因为目的,以消除或缓解直流干扰对管道阴极保护系统影响为目标。通过现场连续监测及试验,发现管道阴极保护参数变化趋势和太阳能供电系统充电电流变化趋势高度吻合,并随时间的变化有一定的滞后性。提出了与管道平行的太阳能电力电缆对阴极保护的影响,提出了电缆铠接地消除影响的解决方法并取得验证。由此可见,太阳能供电系统充放电电流变化所产生的感应电流会使管地电位发生规律性波动。
To find out the reasons for direct current (DC) interference flowing in China-Myanmar pipeline and to eliminate or mitigate the influences of DC interference in the cathodic protection system. The results show that variation tendency of cathodic protection parameters is highly consistent with the variation tendency of the charging and discharging current data of solar energy power supply system and the former lags behind the latter by through continuous monitoring and testing on site. The influence of the solar power cable parallel to the pipe on the cathodic protection is proposed, and the solution to eliminate the influence of cable armour grounding is proposed and verifled. It follows that induced current produced from the variation of charging and discharging current of solar power supply system will make pipeline-to-soil potential fluctuate regularly.
