Excel中的工作簿有时需要对不同的人员设置不同的打开、查看、修改权限。工作表的打开和修改权限可以通过菜单命令设置,但需要进行手工生成,会产生一定的人为失误。通过一个实例编程实现了通过VBA进行数据加密,使Excel的数据处理满足个性化需要,大大提高了工作效率和质量。

Different people need different permissions of opening,viewing,and modifying Workbooks in Excel,The permissions of opening and modifying worksheet can be set through menu commands. But it needs to be manually generated and will result in some human errors. This Paper using an instance programming realized the data encryption by VBA,Makes the Excel data processing meet the personalized needs,which greatly improves the work efficiency and quality.
