以工作过程为导向的高职课程教学改革与实践——以仓储管理课程为例

The Reform and Practice of Higher Vocational Curriculum Teaching Oriented by Working Process——Taking "Warehouse Management" as An Example

仓储管理是高职物流管理专业的核心课程,面临着理论教学与实践教学脱节、缺乏"双师型"教师、教学方式和手段简单化、考核方式单一等问题。驻马店职业技术学院仓储管理课程的教学改革,从深入京东商城豫南分拨中心对企业的相关人才需求进行调研开始,基于工作过程在课程内容、教学手段、考核模式、评价标准、校企联合开发教学资源等六个方面进行,取得一定的教学效果,为物流管理专业培养实用型人才提供有力保障。

The warehouse management is the core course of logistics management program in higher vocational colleges. At present,it is faced with many difficulties,such as the disconnection between theory and practice,the lack of ＇double-qualified＇ teachers,the simplification of teaching methods,and the singleness of evaluation methods. The teaching reform of warehouse management course in Zhumadian Vocational and Technical College begins with the investigation of the enterprise＇s relevant talent demand in the south Henan distribution center of Jing Dong Mall. Based on the working process,the teaching content,teaching methods,examination mode,evaluation criteria,and the joint development of teaching resources between schools and enterprises are carried out,and a lot of achievements have been gained. And these effort provides strong guarantee for training practical logistics talents.
