供给侧改革背景下高职院校电子商务创新创业人才培养策略

Exploration of Training Strategies for Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in E-commerce based on Supply-side Reform

当前电子商务人才供给存在着结构性短缺的问题,高职院校培养的电子商务人才与企业人才需求存在偏差。在供给侧改革思路的指导下,高职院校要对电子商务人才的培养内容进行结构优化,提高人才供给质量,提升人才供给准确度,为市场提供高水平的电子商务创新创业人才。

At present,there is a structural shortage in the supply of e-business talents. There are deviations between e-commerce talents training in higher vocational colleges and the demand of enterprise personnel. Under the guidance of supply-side reform,the higher vocational colleges should optimize the training structure of e-commerce talents to improve the training quality and accuracy,and provide high level innovative and entrepreneurial e-business talents for the market.
