《肿瘤基础与临床》编辑部修回稿件的直观性统计学差错分析

Statistical Error Analysis of Revised Manuscript in the Editorial Department of Journal of Basic and Clinical Oncology

目的:分析《肿瘤基础与临床》编辑部修回稿件的直观性统计学差错。方法:将2015—2017年《肿瘤基础与临床》编辑部已录用稿件的1021篇修回稿件中涉及统计学的796篇纳入本研究,在不借助统计学软件或查询统计学数值表的情况下,分析其修回稿件的直观性统计学差错情况。结果:修回稿件大多数涉及统计学,且存在较高的直观性统计学差错率。结论:医学编辑应严把修回稿件统计学质量关,以发现直观性统计学差错,减少统计学审稿专家的工作量,降低有统计学问题的论文的刊登风险。

Purpose： To analyze the statistical errors of revised manuscript with statistics in the Editorial Department of Journal of Basic and Clinical Oncology. Methods： All the revised manuscript with statistics were studied from2015 to 2017 in the Editorial Department of Journal of Basic and Clinical Oncology,and the statistical errors were analyzed. Results： All the 1021 revised manuscript were enrolled. 796（ 77. 96%） revised manuscript were treated with statistics. Among the 796 revised manuscript,the intuitive statistical error incidence was 85. 93%,the statistical method description error incidence was 71. 23%,the intuitive statistics or P value error incidence was 79. 52%.Of the 633 revised manuscript with intuitive statistics or P value error,5687 groups of data should be treated with statistics,no intuitive statistical error observed in the 987 groups,the lack statistics was observed in the 1328 groups,the lack of P value or no specific data was observed in the 1134 groups,and two of errors were observed in the 2238 groups. Conclusion： Medical editor should guarantee the quality of statistics,decrease the intuitive statistical errors and the workload of statistics review experts,and reduce the risk of papers published with statistical problems.
