19世纪末20世纪初俄罗斯阿穆尔河沿岸地区开发中的朝鲜人

摘要 俄罗斯的阿穆尔河,在中国称作黑龙江。19世纪末20世纪初,俄国地方政府为巩固阿穆尔河沿岸地区的稳定,总是尽量排除外国劳动力在该地区的存在。但俄国自身劳动力又不能满足阿穆尔河沿岸地区经济发展的实际需求。俄地方政府曾尝试各种"同化"异族人的计划,但收效甚微。因此,俄地方政府就采取各种措施,加快远东移民与开发计划。在俄远东开发中,多种文化背景的移民聚集在阿穆尔河沿岸地区,互相交流生产技术,吸收彼此优秀的生活方式。但俄国地方当局为有效管理阿穆尔河沿岸地区包括中国人和朝鲜人在内的"黄种人",还是进行了多种行政和法律上的尝试,对黄种人进行一定限制,以求达到巩固俄国边疆地区的目的。 Amur River of Russia is called Heilongjiang in China. At the beginning of the 20th century, the Russian local governments always tries to exclude foreign labors in the Amur region in order to consolidate the stability of this region; actually, Russian labor force cannot meet the actual needs of economic development along the Amur River. Russian local governments have made a variety of plans to assimilate alien people, but achieved unfortunately, with little effect. Therefore, the Russian local governments various measures to promote the plans of immigration and development in the Far East region. Immigrants with various cultural backgrounds gather in the Amur region, exchang of production technology and absorb excellent way of life. The Russian local governments carried out a variety of administrative and legal attempts to restrict yellow race of Chinese and Koreans in order to achieve the purpose of consolidating of the Russian frontier region for effectively managing Amur region.
