民国报刊所见日本移民中国东北问题初探

A Preliminary Study of the Issue of Northeast China for Japanese Immigrants in the Newspapers of Republican China

近代日本向中国东北实施移民的原因,表面上是为了解决其严峻的人口问题和农村危机,但究其根本,日本更深刻的用意在于永久霸占中国东北,并最终实现其"大陆政策"。基于此,"九一八"事变之后日本帝国主义向我国东北推行了大规模的移民活动,企图改变东北地区人口结构,从而建立起大和民族的优势地位。这无疑引起了国人的强烈关注,民国舆论利用报刊媒体等方式纷纷著书立说,除了对日本向东北移民状况进行了大量追踪报道以外,还对其通过移民谋求永久吞并东北的本质及其他重大问题展开深层次的评论和研究。毫无疑问,对民国舆论关于日本东北移民态度的揭示,将有助于从一个全新的角度透视日本移民的状况以及近代中国的日本认识。

Apparently, the reason why modern Japan implements immigration policy to Northeast China is to solve its severe population problems and rural crises; actually, the deeper intention is to permanently occupy Northeast China and to fnally realize its “continental policy”. Based on this, after the “September 18th” Incident, Japanese imperialism carries out large-scale immigration activities to the northeast of China with an attempt to changing the population structure of the Northeast region, thus establishing the dominant position of the Yamato nation. This has undoubtedly aroused the strong concern of the Chinese people. The public opinion of the Republic of China discusses this topic from different aspects by the means of newspapers, magazines and so on. In addition to a large number of follow-up reports on Japan’s migration to the northeast, the public opinion also conducts in-depth reviews and research on the nature of permanently annexing the Northeast through immigration and other major issues. Undoubtedly, the revelation of Japan’s attitude on the immigration to Northeast by the public opinion of the Republic of China will help to see from a new perspective the situation of Japanese immigration and the understanding of Japan in modern China.
