大学生生命教育是提升大学生生命意识、生存能力和生命质量的重要途径。加强大学生生命教育辅导员团队建设,提升辅导员工作的科学化、专业化、系统化、生活化及实践化。通过目标建设、机制建设、平台建设,完善团队分工合作模式,建立生命化、学习型、研究型、共享型及能力型的大学生生命教育辅导员团队。

Life education is an important way to improve college students’ life consciousness, survival ability and quality of life. We should strengthen the counselor team construction of life education for college students and make the education work scientifc, professional, systematic, life-oriented and practical. Therefore, the team construction can be made into life-centered, learning and investigative, sharing and competency-based by the way of target construction, mechanism construction, platform construction, and improving the team cooperation model by division of labor.
