在"一带一路"视域下,黑龙江省高校创新应用型俄语人才协同创新培养是教育适应国际经济一体化发展的根本所在。黑龙江卓越国际俄语人才协同创新培养模式应将专业、人才的个性化建设置于关键地位,实际能力培养置于突出地拉,以适应该两项地位的教学策略,解决黑龙江高等教育培养出的俄语人才格式化并缺乏创造力的问题。

In the view of “One Belt And One Road”, the collaborative innovation of cultivating application-oriented Russian talents for the institutes of higher education in Heilongjiang province is the fundamental point for higher education’s adapting to the development of international economic integration. The collaborative innovation model of cultivating excellent Russian talents should put the personalized construction of professional talents into the key position, should highlight the outstanding status of the practical ability training. In that case, corresponding teaching strategies should be take to adapt to the above-mentioned two statuses, so that the problems in higher education in Heilongjiang province can be solved, such as being rigid and lack creativity in the cultivation of Russian talents.
