摘要
老子教育思想是老子哲学的重要部分。"道"是老子教育思想的总原则,贯穿教育的全过程,根据人与"道"的不同关系,老子区分了教育者与受教育者,并将人与"道"合作为教育的目的。老子提倡"行不言之教"的教育方法,其依据在于"言"的局限性和"无为"的必要性,具体实施在于教师以身作则、学生注重自得、师生人格平等。崇尚自然和重视过程是老子教育思想的两大特点,目前,老子教育思想有益于化解生命教育与道德教育的矛盾,为教育实践提供有价值的参考。
Educational thought of Lao-tzu is an important part of his philosophy. “Taoism” is the general principle of educational thought of Lao-tzu, running through the whole process of education. In accordance with the different relationship of man and “Taoism”, Lao-tzu distinguishes the educator from the educatee, and proposes that the cooperation between man and “Taoism” should be the purpose of education. Lao-tzu advocates the educational method of “education without saying” based on the limitations of “saying” as well as the necessity of“inaction”, and its specifc implementation lies in the fact that the teacher should set an example, the student should learn by themselves, and there should personality equality between the teacher and the student. It can be seen that advocating the natural and attaching great importance to the process are two major characteristics of educational thought of Lao-tzu. For the present, educational thought of Lao-tzu is benefcial to resolving the contradiction between life education and moral education, providing valuable reference for the education practice.
