区域和国际安全背景下的俄罗斯、中国与朝鲜问题是东北亚现代国际关系问题的关键问题之一,即对抗性矛盾——朝鲜问题。这对国际和区域安全的威胁非常大。俄罗斯和中国在朝鲜问题上拥有极为重要的发言权及对东亚、东北亚国际关系影响巨大。双方在该问题上形成利益同盟,影响联合国决议的执行效果及朝鲜问题和平解决之路。

The issue of Russia, China and North Korea in the context of regional and international security is one of the key issues in the issue of modern international relations in Northeast Asia, namely the confrontational contradiction - the North Korean issue. This issue has posed a great threat to international and regional security. Russia and China have an extremely important say in the North Korean issue, and they can exert great infuence on international relations in East Asia and Northeast Asia. If the two sides can form an interest alliance on this issue, they will affect the implementation of the UN resolution and make for the peaceful settlement of the North Korea issue.
