摘要
采用平皿测定法对黑河地区收集的16份大豆籽粒进行种内带菌检测。研究结果表明黑河地区大豆种子带菌率显著低于进口大豆种子带菌率,而黑河地区大豆种子发芽率高于进口大豆种子,大豆种子带菌率和发芽率呈现负相关。两地大豆种子寄藏真菌种类差异较小,但各真菌所占比率存在较大差异。种子寄藏真菌严重危害农业生产,种子寄藏真菌的研究能为农业安全生产及作物病害预防提供科学依据。
This paper takes a seed-borne fungi test on 16 soybean seed samples collected in the Heihe region by adopting the plate method. The research result shows that the fungi-carrying rate of the soybean seed in the Heihe region is significantly lower than that of the imported soybean, while the germination rate of the soybean seed in Heihe region is higher than that of the imported soybean. It can be seen that there is negative coorelation between the fungi-carrying rate and the germination rate of the soybean. Differences in the species of seed-borne fungi are not as signifcant for the soybean from the two regions, but the ratio of fungi is signifcantly different between the soybean planted in Heihe region and the imported soybean. The security of soybean production is seriously threaten by the fungi-carrying soybean. In this case, the study of seed-borne fungi can provide scientifc basis for agricultural production safety and crop disease prevention.
