摘要
将HACCP体系与栅栏技术相结合,应用于甜炼乳的现代化加工中。甜炼乳生产过程中具有五个关键控制点。根据五个关键控制点,有针对性地设计六个"栅栏";通过二者结合,以保证甜炼乳的卫生安全,减少不合格品数量,延长炼乳保质期,并提高企业经济效益。
The combination of HACCP system and hurdle technology is applied to the modern processing of sweetened condensed milk. The process of sweet condensed milk production has fve critical control points based on which six “hurdles” are designed. The combination can ensure the health and safety of sweet condensed milk, can reduce the number of unqualifed products, can prolong the shelf life and can improve the economic effciency of the enterprises.
