协同治理视域下高等教育治理现代化探究

Study about the Modernization of higher Education Governance from the Perspective of Cooperative Governance

我国正在推进高等教育治理体系和治理能力现代化,但仍存在治理主体不平等、信息共享机制不健全、高等教育治理制度薄弱等问题。协同治理模式强调治理主体的多元性、治理主体地位之间的平等性及自组织之间的协调性,我国高等教育现状具备将协同治理理论运用于高等教育治理的可行性。依据协同治理思想,我们要加强高等教育协同治理的组织建设,依靠现代技术,加强制度创新,以推动我国高等教育治理现代进程。

China is promoting the modernization of higher education governance system and governancecapacity, but there are some problems such as unequal governance subjects, imperfect information sharingmechanism, weak governance system of higher education and so on. Collaborative governance model emphasizesthe diversity of governance subjects, equality between the status of governance subjects and coordination betweenself-organization, so that the model has the feasibility of applying to higher education governance. According to theidea of cooperative governance, we should strengthen the organizational construction of cooperative governance ofhigher education, rely on modern technology, strengthen institutional innovation, in order to promote the modernprocess of governance of higher education in our country.
