多重背景下中国城镇化风险议题研究评述

A Review of Researches on the Issues of Urbanization Risk in China Under Multiple Backgrounds

当前中国正经历着快速城镇化过程,社会结构、社会秩序都在不断重塑,各种不确定性在增加。从"风险社会理论"的内涵、发展以及该理论在国内的引述来看,中国风险社会与西方风险社会存在诸多差异,中国社会发展正面临着"共时性"问题与"多重社会结构"并存,面临着环境、资源风险,个体化风险,农民工认同、融入风险,乡村社会空心化风险以及城镇化发展风险。中国城镇化风险问题研究,具有重要的理论与现实意义。

At present, Chinese society is undergoing a process of rapid urbanization. Social structures and social order are constantly being reshaped, and various social uncertainties are increasing. This paper analyzes the connotation and development of the ＂risk society theory＂ and the domestic quotes of the theory, and points out that there are many differences between China＇s risk society and western risk society and the former is more complicated. China＇s social development is now facing the dilemma of ＂synchronic co-occurrence＂ and ＂multiple social structures＂ coexisting. Researchers commented on the research on China＇s urbanization risk and found that China＇s urbanization process is facing ＂environment and resource risks, individualized risks, identification of migrant workers, integration risks, risks of hollowing out rural communities, and risks of urbanization development＂. Researchers believe that the study of China＇s urbanization risk has important theoretical and practical significance. The perspective of research issues should thus include both the perspective of China＇s social change and the perspective of comparison of urban and rural risk in China.
