摘要
随着经济快速发展,热负荷需求不断增加,某电厂结合实际情况,对不同供热技术进行分析,选用吸收式热泵与高背压双转子供热技术,对机组进行升级改造。在不增加电厂燃煤量、环保排放量等基础上,回收2台300 MW机组汽轮机的余热向城市供热,实现汽轮机冷源近零损失,减少污染物排放量,具有极好的环保效益、经济效益和社会效益。
With the rapid development of the economics,heat load demand is continuously increasing. Based on the practical situation of a power plant,it analyzes different heating technologies and matches absorption heat pump with high back pressure double turbine rotor heating technology.The power plant is upgraded and transformed.On the basis of the increasing consumption in coal and the environmental protection emission, the waste heat produced by two 300 MW unit turbines are recycled in order to supply heat for the city.It realizes the turbine cold source producing nearly zero loss. It reduces pollutant emissions.It also has excellent environmental benefits,economic and social benefits.
