摘要
为提高智能变电站倒闸操作的效率,降低误操作率,研究了顺序控制功能在智能变电站PCS9700监控系统平台中的应用。介绍了智能变电站实现顺序控制功能的方法,以及需要具备的硬件和软件条件。并以220 k V河硕智能变电站为例,介绍了集中式顺序控制功能在220 k V河硕智能变电站的具体实现方案,总结了在智能变电站中实现顺序控制功能需注意的事项。
In order to improve the efficiency of intelligent substation operation and reduce the error operation rate, it analyzes the application control in smart substation sequence based on the PCS9700 monitoring system for NARI-RELAYS platform.This paper Introduces intelligent substation sequential control realization, the required hardware and software conditions.Taking 220 kV Heshuo intelligent substation as an example,it introduces the realization scheme of the intelligent substation centralized sequential control and summarizes the matters needing attention in the intelligent substation application.
