基于600 MW超临界锅炉烟气余热利用改造研究

摘要 某600 MW超临界锅炉运行时,排烟温度较高。依据现场实际状况,采用在锅炉尾部烟道内布置烟气冷却器的方法,实施烟气余热利用改造。针对烟气冷却器的主要布置方式和特点,提出2种设计方案,并分别进行经济性分析计算。烟气余热利用改造会降低排烟温度,对机组的节能降耗和安全、稳定运行具有十分重要的意义。 When a 600 MW supercritical boiler is operating, the exhaust temperature is high. According to the actual conditions at the site, the method of arranging the flue gas cooler in the flue gas duct of the boiler should be adopted to implement the transformation of waste heat utilization of flue gas. For the main layout and characteristics of flue gas coolers, two design schemes are proposed and economic analysis and calculation are performed separately. The utilization of the waste heat of the flue gas to reduce the flue gas temperature is very important for the energy saving and consumption reduction of the unit and the safe and stable operation.
