常州市武进区2006—2017年HIV/AIDS病人抗病毒治疗效果评价

Evaluation of antiviral treatment efficacy of HIV/AIDS patients in Wujin district of Changzhou from 2006 to 2017

目的分析常州市武进区HIV/AIDS病人接受抗病毒治疗现况,评价治疗效果及其影响因素。方法收集武进区2006—2017年接受抗病毒治疗的HIV/AIDS病人信息330例,进行回顾性分析。结果不同治疗时间与CD4细胞计数增加值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),基线CD4计数越低治疗后其上升的幅度也越大(P<0.05);289例病例进行了HIV病毒载量检测,接受治疗的时间越长,病毒载量低于检测下限构成比越高(P<0.05);CD4计数增加组病毒载量低于检测下限的构成比高于CD4计数未增加组(P<0.05)。结论武进区HIV/AIDS抗病毒治疗对患者免疫重建效果显著,能有效抑制HIV复制,应继续规范、早期开展抗病毒治疗工作。

Objective To study the antiviral treatment implementation of HIV/AIDS patients in Wujin district of Changzhou; to evaluate treatment efficacy and analyze its influential factors. Methods Information of 330 HIV/AIDS patients taking antiviral treatment in Wujin district from 2006 to 2017 were collected to conduct retrospective analysis. Results The incensement of CD4 lymphocyte counts at different treatment time points were significantly different （ P 〈0.05）. The lower the baseline CD4 count was, the greater was the incensement of CD4 count after treatment （ P 〈0.05）.289 cases were tested for HIV viral load; the results showed that the composition ratio of viral load below the detection limit increased with treatment time （ P 〈0.05）; while the proportion of viral load lower than the detection limit in patient group with increased CD4 counts was higher than that in patients group with no CD4 count incensement（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Antiviral treatment of HIV/AIDS patients in Wujin district has achieved remarkable efficacy on immune reconstruction and can effectively inhibit HIV virus replication. Standardized antiviral treatment should be carried out at early stage.
