The Innovative Design of Reverse Patch Data Modeling Based on Geomagic Design X

提出了一种基于Geomagic Design X软件的逆向建模方法。通过数据采集、点云预处理、曲面重构、编辑曲面、实体特征造型以及参数化修改获得最终CAD模型。以某零件模型为例,应用Geomagic Design X软件的强大功能对零件点云数据进行建模创新设计,实现了零件的快速还原以及对产品进行第二次创新,提高了设计效率。

This paper puts forward a new reverse modeling method based on Geomagic Design X software. The final CAD model is obtained through data collection, point cloud pretreatment,surface reconstruction,surface edition,solid feature modeling and parametric modification.Taking a part model as an example,the powerful capability of Geomagic Design X is applied to complete the modeling and innovative design of parts point cloud data,which could realize the rapid reconstruction of the part as well as the secondary innovation for products. It can contribute to innovative design of the original model efficiently.
