摘要
气动凿岩机的新型水冲洗机构用于凿岩过程中控制水针处水的压力和开闭,设计水冲洗机构的目的在于防止水压高于气压时,凿岩工作异常。该水冲洗机构主要包含一个特殊的水阀,当水压低于气压时,允许水通过水针。水冲洗机构中有一个通道可以让水从水针通过,并且能被压缩空气所阻止。如果水压高于气压,这个机构中的水阀会移动到某一位置阻止水流经过水针,直到水压下降到某一点并且低于气压的时候,水阀将再次开启,确保凿岩机工作时水压始终低于气压。
The new water flushing mechanism for pneumatic rock drill can be used to control the water pressure and on-off at the water tube during the drilling. The mechanism is designed to prevent the rock drills from working abnormally,which caused by the water pressure exceeding the air pressure. The special valve included in the mechanism is acted on compressed air. If the water pressure is lower than air pressure, it will be opened to permit the flow of water from the supply passage to the water tube. If the water pressure exceeds the air pressure, the valve will be moved to a closed position to prevent the flow of additional water from the supply into the water tube until the water pressure is reduced to the point below the air pressure, which ensures the rock drills always work normally under the condition of the water pressure lower than the air pressure.
