摘要
文章在分析用户参与式激励机制应用案例的基础上提出基于用户参与的数字图书馆馆员激励机制,探讨了对数字图书馆馆员评价采用用户参与式激励机制的意义,提出数字图书馆馆员评价采用用户参与式激励机制的具体措施:拓宽渠道,为用户与馆员交流提供平台;给予用户实际评价权,提高用户参与度;设置专门意见栏,为用户反馈信息提供便利;设置用户分享功能,将优质服务推荐给其他用户;效仿微博功能,为馆员建立粉丝群体。
Based on the analysis of the cases of user-involved incentive mechanism, this paper proposes an incentive mechanism of librarians in digital library based on users participation. It analyzes the signifcance of user-participating incentive mechanism for digital library librarians. Finally, suggestions on the use of user-participating incentive mechanism in digital libraries are ofered. Ehannels are broadened to provide a platform for users to communicate with librarians. Actual evaluation rights are vested in users to increase engagement. A special comment column is set up to facilitate readers' feedback. User sharing functions are set up to spread high-quality services to other readers. Fan groups for librarians are built according to the microblogging.
