中药治疗先兆流产的用药规律分析

Analysis on the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for treating threatened abortion in a Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital

目的分析中药治疗先兆流产的用药规律,为中医药治疗先兆流产提供参考依据。方法抽取深圳市妇幼保健院中医科门诊2017年6月至12月孕妇先兆流产保胎治疗中药处方,对处方基本情况和用药规律进行统计分析。结果本调查收集门诊先兆流产保胎处方2 160张,平均每张处方12.5味中药,平均每张处方剂数为5.5剂。分析发现处方核心药物包括:炒白术、甘草、菟丝子、党参、桑寄生、续断、黄芪、黄芩、杜仲、山萸肉;核心药物五味分析中,以甘味、苦味为主;四气分析中,以温药和平药为主,归经分析,归入肾、肝、脾经的药物较多。结论该院中医药保胎治疗以补肾健脾、益气养血为主。

Objective To investigate the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treating threatened abortion.Methods Prescriptions were collected from the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine in a Maternal and Child Health Hospital during June to December 2017,and basic information and the prescription rule were analyzed.Results A total of 2 160 prescriptions were collected.The number of Chinese medicine ingredient was 12.5 on average;the average dose of prescriptions was 5.5.Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,liquorice root,dodder seed,codonopsis,loranthaceae,dipsacus,astragalus,scutellcap,eucommia and common macrocarpium fruit were core drugs in treating threatened abortion.The main tastes were sweet and bitter in five flavors of the traditional Chinese medicine.The main nature of the traditional Chinese medicine were warm and peaceful.The main channel tropism were kidney meridian,liver meridian and spleen meridian.Conclusion Invigorating the kidney and spleen,and nourishing the blood were basic rules in treating threatened abortion.
