门诊艾滋病患者积极率与主观幸福感的现状及相关性分析

The current situation and correlation between positive response and subjective well-being of AIDS outpatients

目的了解门诊艾滋病患者的积极率对其主观幸福感的影响,为临床护理工作提供指导依据。方法应用一般资料调查表、正性负性情绪问卷和幸福感指数量表对200例艾滋病门诊就诊的患者进行调查。结果门诊艾滋病患者的积极率为(1.06±0.31);幸福感指数评分为(9.32±1.75)分;艾滋病患者的文化程度、积极情绪、消极情绪是其主观幸福感的主要影响因素。结论门诊艾滋病患者积极率高有利于提高患者主观幸福感。医护人员在给门诊艾滋病患者进行诊疗与护理过程中应注意积极情绪对患者主观幸福感的影响,尤应关注消极情绪较高的患者。

Objective To understand the influence of AIDS outpatients＇ positive responses on subjective well-being,in order to provide guidance for clinical nursing practice.Methods A total of 200 HIV/ AIDS outpatients were investigated by the general information questionnaire,the Positive and Negative Affect Scale and index of well-being.Results The score of positive response was （1.06±0.31） and subjective well-being was （9.32±1.75）.The education level,positive and negative emotions were the main influencing factors of subjective well-being.Conclusion The positive response of AIDS outpatients is beneficial to improve their subjective well-being.Medical staff should pay attention to the influence of patients＇ positive emotion on subjective well-being during the treatment and nursing practice,especially the patientswith higher negative emotion.
