App在帕金森病脑深部电刺激手术患者延续性护理中的应用研究

Effect evaluation on the application of APP for patients undergoing deep brain stimulation surgery for Parkinson disease in continuing care

目的探讨APP在帕金森病脑深部电刺激手术患者住院、居家护理中的应用效果。方法指导患者安装APP,应用APP中5个功能对患者进行院内、院外延续性护理,并保证患者APP的应用依从性。比较出院3个月后两组患者的焦虑水平、生活质量、服药依从性和复诊频次。结果患者的焦虑水平下降,生活质量和服药依从性提高,复诊频次下降(P<0.01)。结论应用APP实施延续性护理,可以满足帕金森病脑深部电刺激手术患者院外持续专业护理指导的需求,有效改善患者康复结局。

Objective To investigate the effect of patients undergoing deep brain stimulation surgery for parkinson disease in hospitaland home care.Methods Instruct patients to install App,inpatient and outpatient continuous care with App,and ensure patient compliance.Compare the anxiety level, quality of life, compliance of medication, and frequency of re - examination after 3 months of discharge.Results The anxiety level,quality of life,compliance of medication and frequency of re-examination were better improved in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion With the mobile health App,meet the urgent needs of postoperative patients for continuous professional nursing guidance.It is worthy of promotion in other clinical departments.
