基于海恩法则的乳腺门诊手术室护理安全管理实效研究

Research on effectiveness of nursing safety management in breast outpatient operation room based on Heinrich's Law

目的探讨乳腺门诊手术室运用海恩法则进行安全管理的应用效果。方法选取2015年10月至12月240例乳腺门诊手术患者为对照组,实施常规围手术期护理;选取2016年10月至12月240例乳腺门诊手术患者为观察组,以海恩法则理论为指导,针对门诊手术室存在的护理安全隐患,采取护理安全管理措施,包括:构建乳腺门诊手术室护理标准操作程序、设计制作"杏仁医生App"、推行移动护理信息系统、建立电子化标本标签。结果观察组患者在不良事件的发生、护理质量、患者满意度方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论针对乳腺门诊手术室的运行模式及患者安全目标,运用海恩法则进行护理安全风险管理,能够降低乳腺门诊手术室安全不良事件的发生,提升专科护理质量,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of Heinrich＇s Law in safety management and reduce nursing risk in operationroom of breast clinic.Methods From October 2015 to December, 240 cases of breast outpatient operation were selected as the control group,and the routine perioperative nursing was carried out.And 240 cases of breast outpatient operation from October 2016 to December were selected as the observation group.During the perioperative period,the Heinrich＇s Law theory was used as guidance,and the nursing safety management was taken in view of the hidden danger of nursing safety in the outpatient operation room.It included compiling the manual of nursingoperation standard procedure of operation room of breast outpatient department,standardizing the perioperative nursing operation,designingand using the App to ensure the smooth implementation and rehabilitation of the operation,applying the mobile nursing system to identify thepatient identity,and establishing digital label.Results The incidence of adverse events,nursing quality and patient satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Conclusion According to the operation mode andsafety goal of the operation room,Heinrich＇s Law is used to manage the risk of nursing safety,which can reduce the occurrence of adverse events in the operation room, improve the quality of special nursing and patients＇ satisfaction.
