电子化信息系统在助孕夫妇周期建档中的应用

The application of electronic information system in establishing files of pregnancy period for couples needing fertility treatment

目的探讨电子化信息系统在助孕夫妇周期建档中的应用。方法随机选取2015年1月至6月在医院助孕的855对夫妇(1 710人)为对照组,2015年7月至12月在助孕的855对夫妇(1 710人)为观察组。对照组进行传统人工周期建档模式,观察组在人工周期建档模式的基础上,引入电子化信息建档模式,包括核实助孕夫妇的证件、采集双方的指纹和合照等信息。比较两组建档模式工作效率、准确率、患者和护士满意度。结果两组建档模式工作效率、准确率、患者满意度、护士满意度等均显著改善,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论电子化信息系统在助孕夫妇周期建档中的应用便捷、安全,能提高护理工作效率,提高患者和护士满意度。

Objective The paper discussed the application of electronic information system in establishing files of pregnancy period forcouples.Methods Totally,855 couples （ 1 710 persons） in January to June 2015 were chosen randomly as control group,while other855 couples （1 710 persons） in July to December 2015 were regarded as observation group.Control group adopted traditional artificial file establishment mode while electronic information system was added to observation group, including verification of couples＇ documents,collectionof couples＇ basic information,such as fingerprint as well as couple photo.The work efficiency,accuracy rate,satisfaction of patients and nurseswere compared in two groups.Results Compared with control group,there were significant improvement of nursing work efficiency,accuracyrate,satisfaction of patients and nurses in observation group （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of electronic information system in establishing files of couples needing assisted reproduction is more convenient and safe.It also can improve nursing work efficiency andthe satisfaction of patients and nurses.
