摘要
本文概述性地介绍了中南大学湘雅医学院临床医学专业五年制本科毕业OSCE考试、国家执业医师资格考试、湖南省住院医师规范化培训结业考试的临床实践能力考核基本概况和特点,从考核形式、考核对象、考核时长、考核内容、考核站点设置、考题设计等多方面进行比较分析。探究这三阶段医学临床实践能力的考核模式,发现异同并提出可行性建议,以期进一步改进和完善。
This paper gives a brief introduction to the basic situation and characteristics of the graduation assessment of medical undergraduates, the medical licensing examination, and the assessment of the clinical practice ability for the standardized training of the residents. It makes a comparative analysis from the aspects of assessment form, objects, lengths, contents, settings and design of examination questions. It explores the three types of clinical practice ability assessment models in China, finds similarities and differences, and puts forward feasible suggestions for further improvements and perfections.
