临床技能准入结合临床导师引导策略对实习医师临床技能培训效果的影响 被引量:1

The Impact of Combining Clinical Access System with Tutorial System on Clinical Skills Training

摘要 目的探讨临床技能准入结合临床导师引导策略对实习生临床技能培训效果的影响。方法将2017年在南京医科大学第一临床医学院进行实习的医师随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组在进入临床操作前执行严格的准入制度,临床操作中配备导师;对照组采用常规培训方式。实习结束后进行统一考核,并通过t检验比较两组间获得操作次数及考核成绩。结果实验组获得操作次数明显多于对照组(15.1±2.9 vs. 9.5±2.4,P <0.001),并且技能考核成绩也远高于对照组(89.9±4.9 vs. 72.8±8.6,P <0.001)。结论临床准入结合临床技能导师策略能够有效地增加实习医师临床技能操作机会,并提高临床技能培训效果。 Objective This study aims to investigate the impact of combining clinical access system with tutorial system on clinical skills training of interns. Methods Interns fi'om the First School of Medicine of Nanjing Medical University in 2017 were randomized into experimental group and control group. Clinical access system with tutorial system was implicated in the experimental group and conventional training system was adopted in the control group. At the end of training, the clinical operation times and test results were compared by t test. Results Experimental group had more chances of clinical operations than control group ( 15.1 _+ 2.9 vs. 9.5 _+ 2.4, P〈0.001 ) and test score was significantly higher in the experimental group ( 89.9 _+ 4.9 vs. 72.8 _+ 8.6, P〈0.001 ) . Conclusion Combining clinical access system with tutorial system in clinical skills training could increase chances of clinical operations and improve training results.
