浅谈装配式建筑发展

装配式建筑是指由预制部品部件在工地装配而成的建筑。按预制构件的形式和施工方法分为砌块建筑、板材建筑、盒式建筑、骨架板材建筑及升板升层建筑等五种类型。按照推进供给侧结构性改革和新型城镇化发展的要求,大力发展钢结构、混凝土等装配式建筑,具有发展节能环保新产业、提高建筑安全水平、推动化解过剩产能等一举多得之效。本文就装配式建筑发展的原因以及如何发展、推进装配式建筑相关工作进行了初步探讨。
